Please keep in mind that we make every effort to be on time for every appointment. In order to facilitate this, we ask that the property be photo ready when your photographer arrives. We want your home to look it's best for your session! Here are some tips for things you can do to get your home photo ready!
Please note that ideally, the homeowners or tenants will leave the property for the duration of the photo session but in the event this isn't possible, we ask that they remain on the far side of the house from where photos are being taken and do not look out windows during exterior shooting.
